Refund and cancellation policy


- If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order no later than the same day or in any case of exchange, a return request must be submitted within 5 days after receipt and the shipping fee will be deducted.
- Shipping costs are deducted from the initial price of the item

1. The item must be in original purchased condition, including original product packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, cover, and all accessories.


2. All packaging must be unmarked and not deformed in any way. Any item you received must be returned with the bag

- You must send a photo of the returned or exchanged product to ensure that the product is in its initial condition without any defect.
- A photo of the returned or exchanged item must be sent, sealed and well packaged, to be handled by the shipping company, otherwise the shipping company will reject it.
-For return or exchange, we accept the product and conduct inspection within 5 working days. This inspection is conducted by our quality department to ensure that the product complies with the exchange or return policy through our quality department. The refund is then transferred to the customer, less shipping costs
